Shang Hai Tan 上海滩
Born in HongKong on 1980.
Graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, the department of Fine Arts (BA and MFA), an active member of Fotanian Artist Village. Chow was a visiting Lecturer (part-time) in the School of Design, the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and he is now teaching as a Part-time Lecturer in the Hong Kong Art School and the Lee Shau Kee School of Creativity. His works have been exhibiting in Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Singapore, Manchester, Munich, Salzburg and Vienna.

出生于 1980 年，香港。
于香港中文大学艺术系先后取得艺术学士（BA）及艺术硕士（MFA）学位。“伙炭”艺术村成员。曾兼任香港理工大学设计学院兼任讲师，现兼任香港艺术学院讲师及香港兆基创意书院导师。其作品曾于香港、北京、上海、新加坡、英国曼彻斯特、德国慕尼黑、奥地利萨尔斯堡、维也纳等地展出。
